Awakening to Our Agency – Embodying Our Leadership with Lori Hanau, Jodi Clark, Lainie Love Dalby

Within our workplaces, communities, and homes, we are conditioned to identify and act first through our roles, status, and expertise, disconnecting us from our full potential and from one another by emphasizing leadership as working one’s way to the top. However, there is a growing paradigm shift from positional to shared power in which leadership cultivates new ways of working together. This interactive session will provide a framework for cultivating the awareness, presence, and skills to build vibrant environments that activate purpose, collective wisdom, and creativity. Participants will practice and experience what our authentic leadership can look and feel like for all.

Presenters

Lori Hanau (Keene, NH, USA) is dedicated to supporting shifts in consciousness, communication, and community in the workplace through experiential learning. She founded Global Round Table Leadership, where she works co-creatively to coach, guide, facilitate, and steward individuals and teams in opening to their innate brilliance, cultivating the soul of their organizations and their work. She is faculty and Co-Chair at Marlboro College Graduate and Professional Studies and is on the board of Social Venture Network.

Jodi Clark (Brattleboro, VT, USA) is an experiential educator and community steward. Her passion is for working in service of collaborative teams and organizations from diverse sectors through trainings, facilitation, and soulful outcome measurement. She works to cultivate joyful rigor through play, drawing upon interactive improvisational theatre, martial sword practice, and nature-based leadership practices, complementing her more "traditional" tools in project management and program development. She currently serves on the faculty of Marlboro College Graduate and Professional Studies and is a team member at Global Round Table Leadership, a Core Consultant with the Center for New Leadership, and a founding board member of Wolfgard Northeast.  

Lainie Love Dalby (Brooklyn, NY, USA) is a visionary artist, transformational catalyst, and soul midwife on a mission to free oppressed and devalued human spirits, especially women and the LGBTQIA community. With her own brand of multimedia ministry and as part of Global Round Table Leadership, she dismantles old systems, ideas, and ways of being that promote separateness and limit full evolutionary potential. She helps people feel more comfortable in their own skin and live in greater alignment with their true being, unleashing creativity and the capacity to sparkle shamelessly. She guides others to become leaders of change – in their relationships, work environments, communities, and the world – to create their lives as a great masterpiece for the good of all.
