As we close out 2024, I find myself reflecting on the incredible lessons, blessings, and transformations this year brought into my life after leading 6 retreats and several leadership trainings, as well as travelling monthly around the globe and continuing to live into my (r)evolutionary potential. It was a year of profound realizations, deep healing, and cosmic connection—a preparation for the expansiveness awaiting us in 2025. Here are the highlights and key learnings I’m carrying forward:
1. The Unified Field is the Portal to the World We Want to See
When we gather in sacred circles, something extraordinary happens. The unified field—the collective space of pure consciousness—becomes a portal for potent magic. This year, I witnessed how in-person gatherings amplify medicine, codes and pure unconditional LOVE that are uniquely accessible when we’re physically present with one another. The alchemy of these moments is next-level now, weaving the threads of the world we are co-creating and dreaming that new world into being.
2. Quantum Love is the Way Forward
Quantum Love became my guiding star in 2024. For me, it’s about recognizing that love is a frequency, not just an emotion. It transcends personal connections, rippling out into the collective field to heal and uplift. In a world grappling with so much division, Quantum Love feels like our most powerful tool for transformation—a pathway to unity and wholeness.
3. Radical Intimacy with All of Life Brings Us to the Next Edge of Our Evolution
This year taught me to go deep, get real, and remember why we’re here. Radical intimacy asks us to drop the masks, to truly see and be seen—not just by each other, but by life itself. It reminds us that we belong to one another and to the Earth, and that this belonging is our anchor as we step into the unknown edges of our evolution. We’re all just walking each other home. My fiance Heather and I will be leading an in-person Radical Intimacy Couples Retreat this May just outside of St. Louis, MO to dive deep into this in partnership for 2 couples!
4. When We Release Shame, We Are Truly Free
Shame is the root of so much of our disconnection and suffering. This year, I learned that when we release shame—when we allow ourselves to be seen in all our messy humanity—we experience true LIBERATION. Freedom to love, to live, and to shine unapologetically.
5. Nature Medicine is the Ultimate Healer
In 2024, nature reminded me again and again of her infinite wisdom. Time in wild spaces helped me unwind my nervous system, down-regulate stress, and remember my own wild essence. She is the ultimate healer, and when we align with her rhythms, we find our own.
6. The Power of Holding the Vision
This year was a testament to the magic of vision-holding. When we stay rooted in the vision of the life we want to create—despite challenges, detours, or doubts—we magnetize miracles. The power of our focused intent is unmatched. This year I had 3 long term dreams materialize into reality after many years of prayers, magic and holding the vision. It gives me fierce hope for all that’s to come. We’ll be tapping into our VISION during our upcoming FREE Root to Rise, Shine & SOAR New Year’s Virtual Retreat on January 12th.
7. The Joy in Questing
I rediscovered the joy of questing—the thrill of the journey, the beauty of curiosity, and the richness of being in the process. Whether physical or metaphorical, the quest itself holds the gold. We’ll be going on the Yoni Vision Quest again this November and can’t wait to share more about that as it unfolds!
8. siSTARhood and Beloved Community Are Essential Medicine
If 2024 taught me anything, it’s that we cannot do this alone. siSTARhood and beloved community are the essential medicines we need in this time of great transformation. These connections remind us of our shared humanity and provide the support, love, and accountability we need to rise together. I’m so thrilled to be guiding our Sparkle SHAMELESSLY siSTARhood year long mentoring container this year to take this even deeper!
9. Divine Union is a Template for Heaven on Earth
This year, I witnessed countless soulmates and divine counterparts coming together to amplify their individual and collective purpose, including with my own fiance. Divine Union is no longer a distant ideal—it’s here, now, as a template for the new Earth. Together, we are creating heaven on Earth through these sacred partnerships. Our Queer Quantum Love wedding this year will be a deep celebration of this!
10. Release Control and Surrender, Then Listen and Know the Way
One of my greatest lessons this year was the power of surrender. Releasing control and trusting in the divine unfolding allowed me to access deep inner knowing. The universe speaks when we listen, and its wisdom is always perfect. My mantra has become “Trust God/dess, the Field and the Unfolding” and know this will deeply support me as we enter into this year of profound endings, change and catalytic transformation.
11. Astrology is a Key Anchor in the Times Ahead
In a world that often feels chaotic and unpredictable, astrology has been a profound anchor—a place of solace and wonder. It offers a cosmic lens through which we can better understand ourselves, our relationships, and the cycles shaping our lives. Astrology reminds us that we are part of a much larger story, intricately connected to the rhythms of the universe. This year, I leaned into the wisdom of the stars to navigate challenges, celebrate milestones, and stay aligned with my purpose. Whether through understanding my Solar Return chart, tracking planetary transits, or aligning intentions with the phases of the moon, astrology provided a roadmap for clarity and trust. We will be practicing and following this medicine deeply in our Sparkle SHAMELESSLY siSTARhood this year as well!
12. Radiant Wellbeing is Needed Now
As we move forward, radiant wellbeing is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. Nourishing our bodies, minds, and souls ensures we can show up fully for ourselves and for the world. We’ll be diving deep into this in 2025 with the Nodal shift into Pisces and Virgo. Our theme inside of the Sparkle SHAMELESSLY siSTARhood will be Radiant Wellbeing in Courageous Leadership.
13. Your WHY is Your Gateway to Wonder
Whenever I felt lost this year, reconnecting to my WHY brought me back. In moments of doubt, confusion, or overwhelm, I learned that grounding myself in my deeper purpose opened a doorway to clarity and possibility. Our WHY isn’t just a motivator—it’s a portal to wonder, a compass that aligns us with the miraculous flow of life.
Our WHY holds the essence of what we’re here to do and who we’re here to be. It’s the soul’s whisper reminding us that our existence matters and that our gifts are needed. When we live in alignment with this deeper purpose, life begins to unfold with synchronicity and magic. Challenges become invitations to grow. Seeming obstacles reveal themselves as opportunities. And the mundane transforms into the extraordinary.
Reconnecting to my WHY reminded me to ask bigger questions:
What do I truly desire to create in this lifetime? What legacy do I want to lead?
How can I serve the collective in a way that is uniquely mine? The medicine only I can deliver?
Where is my joy and my heartbreak pointing me, and how can I follow their lead?
By anchoring into these questions, I found a renewed sense of curiosity, creativity, and courage. My WHY reminded me that I am part of something greater—a vast and interconnected web of purpose. It’s a gateway to wonder because it invites us to dream boldly, to explore our deepest truths, and to step forward with the conviction that our presence matters in ways we might not even fully comprehend.
As we move into 2025, I invite you to reconnect with your WHY. Write it down, meditate on it, and let it guide you. When you do, you might just find that life unfolds in ways more beautiful and expansive than you could have ever imagined.
